Nanny Sues pav
My great grandmother Sue had the best pav recipe. I know everyone says that thier nan's is the best. But my nan's is the best. Nice crunchy meringue and a truck load of cream. Her moko would put fruit on it but she never did.
We still make it to her recipe, my favourite part is when it's served up and some of the juice from uncles bottled peaches and the fresh strawberries and raspberries would start to leach into the cream.
If you were lucky enough, there was some left for breakfast the next day. Breakfast of champs.
